Welcome to Go Live Web Solutions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and infrastructure (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Service Agreement & Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All enterprise clients are required to sign a dedicated Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the commencement of high-availability infrastructure services. These dedicated agreements supersede these general Terms where applicable.

2. Infrastructure & Acceptable Use

Go Live Web Solutions provides high-performance VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Colocation services. You agree to use our infrastructure solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our Services for:

• Hosting, distributing, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Launching Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• Distributing malware, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code.
• Phishing, spamming, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

3. Payment & Billing

Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) as selected during the ordering process. Payment is due in advance of the service period. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Existing customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting their recurring subscriptions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Live Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Go Live Web Solutions is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
